Look on your phone and try to find the vendor name (you will defently find a brand name,
like Nokia or Sony-Ericsson) and perhaps even the model name
If you have a user manual for your phone or a bill, there you will defently find the model
name
Try to access this page with the browser on your mobile phone.

download page for your phone. If you end up, at the search page, try the next option.
Install and run our "Device Testing Application"
there you will find useful information about the model name and vendor. If you still can't find
your model in the list,
make a test report over this Device Testing Application on your mobile phone. Please enter your
eMail as well, we send to you the exact vendor and model name in reply.
Try to make a search just by the vendor name and select the option "show image", for
some devices we have images to the different phone models, perhaps you can recognize your phone.
(We do NOT recommend this option, because there are a lot of phones, which look very
similiar but are very differently!)
I can't find my model!
If you are sure about your vendor and model name, try the following:
Try to search only with parts of the model name, to avoid typing errors.
Install and run our "Device Testing Application".
Perhaps we don't have your model in the list (for example: if your phone is very new). Please make
a test report over this Device Testing Application on your mobile phone. Please enter your
eMail as well, so we can inform you, when your device is ready to download.
Use a generic application-version: A generic application-version is not optimizied for your mobile phone. Therefor it is possible that the application doesn't work at all on your phone or that some features of the application can be used.
